Amy Green serves as the Director of Academic Personnel and Policy in the College of Education at the University of Oregon. With over two decades of experience in human resources and business operations, and more than 13 years dedicated to academic and research faculty personnel management, Amy contributes valuable perspective to the College. She provides strategic leadership in faculty and staff affairs, including recruitment, performance management, promotion and tenure, pay equity, compensation, and policy implementation. Amy partners closely with college leadership to align personnel strategies with institutional goals, ensuring compliance with university policies and collective bargaining agreements.
