Principal Licensure Program

The Principal License program prepares educators to serve as building principals and educational leaders. The rigorous two-year curriculum is offered largely online, and includes a yearlong internship in a school setting. The courses are taught by Oregon-based faculty. The Coalition of Oregon School Administrators, University of Oregon’s educational partner, offers an unprecedented level of support to students as part of its mission of developing and supporting school leaders. Licensure students also get access to many of the COSA Professional Learning opportunities.

The program consists of mostly online courses and an internship in a school district setting. Licensure students also get access to many of the COSA Professional Learning opportunities.
