Scott K. Baker, PhD, is the associate director of the Center on Teaching and Learning at UO and director of Pacific Institutes for Research in Eugene. His education interests focus on teaching and learning in literacy and mathematics, and the education needs of English learners.
Doris Luft Baker, Ph.D., completed her doctoral degree in educational leadership at the University of Oregon with a specialization in assessment. Her dissertation was published in 2008.
