Jessica Daily currently works within the Educational and Community Supports (ECS) research unit in the College of Education at the University of Oregon, which provides support to over 25,000 educational organizations around the world who are implementing Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). Additionally, ECS provides access to various web-based applications which allow schools to collect, monitor, and use fidelity and outcome data related to school-wide discipline and behavior support systems.

Within her current position, she leads the design and delivery of professional development and training opportunities for educators through an international network of trainers. Prior to this role, Jessica worked for the Colorado Department of Education, as part of the leadership team for the state-wide PBIS initiative. While in this position, she gained experience with systems coaching, designing and delivering effective professional development, and implementation science.

It was through these collective experiences that she became more deeply invested in data-based decision making as a means to improving educational outcomes for students. She also developed a keen interest in educational leadership, as well as how policy decisions are made and executed at all levels of the educational system (state to district to school). Her favorite role is working directly with schools, districts, and state agencies to improve their overall PBIS implementation efforts.

Jessica is currently enrolled in the D.Ed. program in the Educational, Methodology, and Leadership Program at the University of Oregon. Her areas of interest are online professional development, organizational leadership, and equity and inclusion.
