Phi Delta Kappa is a professional education organization that promotes growth, quality, and community in all aspects of public education.

The University of Oregon/Lane County Chapter of Phi Delta Kappa aims to foster the exchange of ideas amongst educators and researchers, promote collaboration in areas of education, improve teaching quality, and offer independent advice on educational issues to administrators, practitioners, and students.

Membership is open to educators who share PDK's concern and passion for Oregon's Public Schools.
