Financing Your Education
The College of Education offers many kinds of financial aid in the form of scholarships, awards, internships and fellowships in addition to the aid available from university and external financial aid programs. This site refers you to resource materials on several types of funding:

Scholarships
Each year the College of Education provides donor created scholarships ranging from $1,000-$5,000 to support the studies of COE students. In some cases these scholarships may provide awards to multiple recipients. The deadline for applications is February 1st annually. Other scholarships and awards are available for COE students through the University and external sources. Look for these on the UO Scholarship Search Website, through the UO Financial Aid website under "Financial Aid Scholarships" and under "Funding" on the Ethnic Diversity Affairs Committee website.

Federal Aid
Federal Aid Programs fall into three categories: Grants, Work-study, and Loans. They provide financial assistance for which you need to file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Graduate Teaching Fellowships Both the college and the UO Graduate School post graduate teaching fellow position openings for various academic programs. GTF positions at the College of Education include opportuniities to support academic services or instruct in classes.
