The UO College of Education offers several planned programs of study leading to the initial and continuing licenses for public school administrators—principals, vice principals, assistant superintendents, superintendents, and other designated personnel. Educators with a master's degree (or, for initial licensure, those with the ability to complete a master's concurrent with program coursework) are able to complete initial or continuing licenses in one to three years.
