Sapsik’^walá Advisory Council
Elizabeth‘s family comes from Oklahoma and Georgia, and she is a member of the Cherokee Nation. She was born in Washington State, where her parents were active in Indian education programs.

Elizabeth holds a B.A. from Humboldt State University and an M.S. degree from the University of Oregon. She presently serves as director of the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarship at the university. She and her spouse, David, live in Eugene.
