Tom Ball
Sapsik’walá Advisory Council
Tom is a member of the Modoc and Klamath Tribes. He received a Ph.D. from the University of Oregon, Special Education and Rehabilitation in 1998. He is director of the Native American Research Center for Health. He also serves as a member of the Five Tribes Behavioral Health Consortium.

As of the 2005-06 academic year, Tom also coordinates the Sapsik’walá program.
