EDAC Cinco de Mayo Celebration
Students, faculty, staff, and community members were welcomed Friday, May 5, 2006, for a Cinco de Mayo celebration in the COE Courtyard. The Ethnic Diversity Affairs Committee (EDAC) provided piñatas, candy, music, and pictures, as well as facts about this traditional holiday.
